The City of La Vista allows the sale of permissible fireworks from 12:01 a.m. on June 28 through 11:00 p.m. on July 4 of each year by persons holding a valid permit.  

Information on the permit application and regulations of fireworks sales can be found in La Vista Municipal Code §111.15 - §111.18.

All permit applications must be approved by the City Council.

Application Packet

Completed permit application packets are accepted at the City Clerk's office from mid-November through noon on January 15 of the year for which the permit is sought.
