The Special Enforcement Bureau is part of the Police Department’s Special Operations Division includes Code Enforcement, Community Affairs, SWAT/TNU, Emergency Management K9 Unit, School Resource Officer, Honor Guard and other functions as assigned.

The Special Enforcement Bureau is commanded by Sergeant Ray Harrod.

The Special Operations Division Commander is Captain Jeremy Kinsey.
