The contractor for this project, NL&L, has begun mobilizing equipment and materials to the area. Crews will begin excavating for marked utilities in Section K, near the intersection of 69th Street and James Avenue. 

This excavating process will take place with a large truck that will look similar to the included photo.

They intend to begin lateral replacements working west from James Street in the coming days.
